• We produce one finished AI film for you, approximately 15 seconds long.
• We develop one concept and one storyline.
• We prepare a short script and shot list.
• We create one main character — based on a specific person’s likeness or designed from scratch.
• We create one location — based on an existing place or designed from scratch.
• We create one key prop or hero product — based on a real item or designed from scratch.
• We maintain visual continuity across shots for the main character, location and key prop or hero product included in the package.
• If a scene requires it, additional background characters may appear, generated without individual reference materials. We do not guarantee visual consistency for them between shots.

• We create up to 3 reference stills and send them to you for approval before generating the film.
• Based on them, we create up to 7 final shots within an approximately 15-second film. The number, duration and construction of the shots depend on the script and the capabilities of the selected generator.
• Depending on the script, we can also use dynamic character or camera movement — within the capabilities and quality of the selected generator.
• We incorporate the logo you provide.
• If the film contains spoken lines, we add a transcript as open captions burned into the image, or provide it as an .srt file for you to optimise separately.
• If the script requires a character visible on screen to speak, we perform lip-sync. Lip-sync technology — including for Polish and many other languages — has limitations and may reduce the naturalness of movement or the visual quality of the character shot.
• Together, based on the script, we select the most suitable generator:
  • Seedance 2.5 — source footage at 720p;
  • Kling 3.0 — source footage in native 4K;
  • Omni Flash — source footage in native 4K.

• We provide professional film editing.
• We provide basic sound design and select music from licensed libraries, or use material supplied by you.
• If the script requires a voice-over or a character voice, we select an AI voice from a licensed library, or use a short recording prepared in accordance with our guidelines.
• We produce the film in one language version.
• We deliver the film in one selected aspect ratio: 9:16, 16:9 or 1:1.

• Every film receives a final image post-production pass. Source footage at 720p is prepared for delivery in 4K; footage generated natively in 4K retains that resolution.
• For a 9:16 aspect ratio, we prepare the film for publication as a YouTube Short and Instagram Reel.
• We create a thumbnail from a selected frame of the film, without designing a separate graphic.
• We propose a short, concise description for publication.
• If we receive the necessary permissions for the selected channel, we publish the finished film there.

• Before accepting an order, we confirm that the concept, source materials and expected result fit within the package. If they do not, we propose revised assumptions or an individual quote for PREMIUM at scale.
• We take responsibility for the entire creative and production process.
• We maintain visual continuity across shots for the main character, location and key prop or hero product.
• We cover the cost of the generator agreed with you and select and pay for all other tools required for production and post-production.
• We select and use music, AI voices and other licensed assets in accordance with their providers’ terms, allowing commercial use of the final film within the agreed scope.
• Every film follows a structured production workflow. We help refine the objective, audience and core concept, distil the idea into a logline, prepare the script, shot list and reference stills, and once those stages are approved, generate the shots, edit the film and complete the sound design.

• You provide a short brief or take part in refining it with us.
• If the film is to reproduce a specific character, location, product or prop, you provide source materials in the format and quality specified by Narrix.studio. Based on them, we prepare reference stills for your approval. Providing the materials in line with our guidelines is essential to achieve the expected likeness and visual continuity.
• If the character, location, product or prop is to be created from scratch, you define the key features of each element. We then prepare a reference image that defines one selected visual style.
• You provide a voice sample recorded in accordance with Narrix.studio guidelines if you want to use a specific person’s voice.
• You appoint one person responsible for all arrangements and approvals.
• You approve each stage or submit your comments: the refined concept, script, shot list and reference stills, and the final version of the film.
• Whenever possible, you provide materials via Google Drive. If needed, we can provide storage space.
• You confirm that you hold all necessary rights, licences and permissions to use or reproduce the materials, trademarks, photographs, recordings, likenesses, voices, products and locations you provide.
• If the nature of the material, applicable law or a platform’s rules require disclosure of AI use, we agree the appropriate form of disclosure with you. The party publishing the film is responsible for applying it.

• Payment is split into two parts: 50% of the price before production begins and the remaining 50% after you approve the final version, before we deliver the master file intended for publication. We begin work once the first payment has cleared.
• We send material for your approval at four stages. Each stage includes one round of revisions:
  • refined concept;
  • refined script;
  • refined shot list and reference stills;
  • final version of the film.
• One revision round means one consolidated list of comments submitted by the appointed contact person.
• Within each revision round, we refine the material without changing stages that have already been approved.
• Changing the concept, main character, location, key prop or hero product, or aspect ratio after approval is treated as additional work and quoted separately.
• Additional background characters may appear in the film without individual reference materials. If an additional character needs a consistent, specific appearance, is intended to reproduce a real person, or plays a significant role in the story, we treat it as an additional production element requiring an additional budget.

• Drafts and work-in-progress materials are provided solely for private review and may not be published, shared publicly or used commercially. Your right to use the final film begins once the full payment has cleared.
• Once full payment has cleared, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide licence with no fixed end date to use the final film online. It covers digital fixation and reproduction, display, playback and making the film available to the public on your own channels, social media, YouTube, your website, in e-commerce and in paid online campaigns.
• You may provide the final file to an agency or another party acting on your behalf in connection with publication and campaigns. You may also shorten or crop the film, or add captions and title cards, provided that you do not extract or separately use elements covered by third-party licences. The quality and compliance of any modified version remain your responsibility.
• Licences and subscriptions for the tools and source assets we use remain with Narrix.studio. You receive the right to use the final film, not access to those tools or source assets.
• We deliver the final film as an H.264-encoded .mp4 file or an Apple ProRes 422 .mov file, in one selected aspect ratio and its corresponding resolution:
  • 16:9 — 3840 × 2160 px;
  • 9:16 — 2160 × 3840 px;
  • 1:1 — 2160 × 2160 px.

• The package does not include project files, prompts, source files or other working materials.
• We delete working materials after delivering the final approved version of the film.
• Narrix.studio may feature the final film in its portfolio or present the project as a case study only with your consent.
• Listing Narrix.studio as a collaborator on a social media post is not included in the package and requires a separate arrangement.
• Generative production offers extensive visual possibilities, but it does not provide the same level of control over every detail as traditional live-action production or animation. The final result depends on the quality of the source materials, the nature of the script and the capabilities of the selected generator.
• We do not provide exclusivity for generative elements beyond the scope permitted by the licences of the tools used.
• If you cancel after production has begun, the first payment covers the reserved production slot and the work completed up to the date of cancellation. You do not receive the right to publish or use any materials created during production.

• Delivery takes 3–5 business days. We count this from the point when we have received all required materials, you have approved the order and the first payment has cleared.
• The delivery time does not include the time you need for approvals or to provide missing materials.
• We agree the detailed schedule during our conversation.

The information on this page constitutes the package specification and an invitation to enter into an agreement. Production begins once we have confirmed that the project fits within the package, the scope has been approved and the first payment has cleared. We confirm the details of each order by email or in a separate document.
