CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT
How often does a true game changer appear in your industry? Not another product launch after a light facelift, but a change that genuinely rewrites the rules. Once every two or three years?
In generative AI, change is constant. New models, tools and capabilities appear every month, while true game changers arrive at least once a quarter.
That is why at Narrix.studio we focus on continuous development. We aim to make every new production better than the one before.
WHO ARE WE?
We are a boutique AI film production house based in Poznań, Poland, where we combine the experience and fresh perspective of two generations of creators, backed by education at the Łódź Film School.
We have been working with generative AI since 2023 — back when it was still largely experimental technology. From the start, we have focused on hands-on practice and training.
AI DIRECTION
Operating the tools or constructing prompts is not what matters most to us. We focus above all on developing film craft — so we can create the best possible films for our clients.
As models become more advanced, it becomes less about mechanical prompting and more about AI direction.
TOOLS
There is no single best AI tool for everything. That is why we select tools to match the character and budget of each film.
We work with Seedance, Omni Flash, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs, Topaz and MotionVFX, among others. Most of our productions in 2026 were made with Kling — and that is where we put our approach to AI filmmaking to the test.
VERIFICATION
In 2026, we decided to have our skills assessed externally.
We took part in international AI film competitions organised by Kling AI — one of the biggest players in the global market. We tested ourselves in four areas.
VISUAL STORYTELLING
3rd place in Holiday Sparks #7: Songkran Inspiration Festival — verification of our ability to tell a story visually within a different cultural context.
CINEMATIC CREATION
2nd place in Kling AI Anniversary II Creation Showreel Contest, held to celebrate Kling AI’s 2nd anniversary — validation of our ability to build a cinematic story from our own body of work created in Kling AI, showcasing our development, style and distinctive creative approach.
AI DIRECTING
3rd place in Kreate Contest #56: Expression Challenge — validation of AI directing: working with facial expressions, gestures and character emotions, directing the camera, and shaping light and atmosphere.
